Comes with the headboard that stands 37.5inches, a few inches of under space for small storage, and a modern, lightweight frame with slats instead of a box spring. 

Mattress: High quality from the Beauty Rest Brand (beauty rest.com), this thick mattress is sooooo comfortable and has no stains or indentations as the queen size was used in the guest room only and with a waterproof cover for extra protection.
